The TECC-LEO course trains Law Enforcement and Security and other first responders to be able to care for casualties in a dynamic environment. ADVANCED BLEEDING CONTROL. 

This course takes a step beyond basic first aid, and expands on the bleeding control elements of first aid. Students will train and practice with more advance bleed control methods.
